Mild temp for late Dec. run. Ran in shorts this morning with Van and Robin. This was my first run since having an ingrown toe nail removed on Tuesday. Toe felt okay. The new Fitworks gym opened Monday morning. One of the new machines is a climbing machine called Jacobs Ladder. It's a killer workout. Hopefully it helps my running.
