Weather: 35F-Clear but snow covered ground and trials
Interval Comment: Sharon Woods Park
Comment: With Faith Runners group. Ran approximately 10.25 miles with Robin and Tracy and then once around lake with Mike for a total of 12.75 miles. Did not time loop with Mike.Felt pretty good. Knees did not hurt as bad as previous week. I think this has to do with reducing Prednisone dosage from 20 to 10 mg/day on Tuesday.
