Faith Runners: Robin, Van and Jean. Started out getting caught up with everyone at a slower pace than normal. Actually, it was good that we didn't push too hard in the beginning since Jean and I went long today. After about 3 or 4 miles, Jean and I ran ahead and turned left on Cox Rd and went out to the VOA park. We didn't do the lake loop but came back our normal route around the control building and onto Tylersville. Felt good with the exception of some chaffing.
