Notes
Hot and humid run with Jean, Tim and Van. We left from church and looped through Keener Park on the trials and hills. The climb back out of park killed me. Jean and Tim pulled away from Van and I on the trip back. Overall, the run was good. Felt okay with the exception of being hot, thirsty and tired.
