Faith UMC Runners Group met for the first time in two months. Robin, Bryan, Tim, Jean and I started from the church around 8:15am. Jean and I went long this morning in my attempt to get to 19.2 miles for the week, which puts me on pace for 1000 miles this year. I actually felt pretty good today. The ice thearpy I have been applying to my right shin seems to be working.
