Comment: "first 6 at normal pace 7-7:15, then each mile after was dropped down 15 seconds per mile. I dropped it down the last half mile another 15 seconds. I was at around 5:30 by the end. It was pretty windy, and i'm definatly not used to this kind of workout. I felt pretty good though, and managed to get going pretty quick."
