Comment: "Ran when I got off work again, felt ok and maintained a decent pace the whole way. I was running down this path in the middle of the woods, and it like ten at night so it's pretty dark, and I hear this scream like somebody just got killed, so I picked it up and probably put a mile in at around 6 min pace before I calmed down enough again."
