Comment: "Ran to the track from my house, and then did 5 by 1000. My legs felt pretty tired and shot, but they loostened up and I felt better by the third one. 1-3:052-3:043-3:034-3:025-3:02I was pretty happy with this, as I haven't done any speed work all summer. I was faster on each one and I felt like I could have done more at the end."
