Comment: "got off work at 9 and went for another run. Was just gonna do 8, but I forgot how nice it is to run when it's not 150 degrees, so i kept going and did a long run. 9 miles in I ran into Spinny(a guy I went to high school with that runs for point)and he finished the rest with me. Had to stop twice for water. I didn't measure the route, but it felt like I was going pretty fast, I didn't want to cheat myself though so I just figured I was going 7 minute pace"
