Notes

Not quite as rough as I thought it would be. Just about all my leg joints gave out for a little bit during the ride. Both hips and both knees flared up for about 5 minutes and then were fine. Right IT band was tight as heck afterward but was fine after I stretched. I'm kinda pissed cus I couldn't bike friday or saturday because apparently they were national holidays and apparently nobody wants to work out on national holidays. They're not even that important it would be like Memorial day in the states I think. Whatever though, damn lazy spaniards.
