Comment: "Ran out and back on the bike path so I could see my mile splits. Started out running 7 min pace for the first 6 miles. Didn't feel that great actually, but when I turned around I picked it up.1-6 7 min pace7,8,9-6:1510-6:0011-5:4512-5:25Was doing all right for the first 10, then really started to hurt the last two."
