My best friends wedding today. Busy with wedding party stuff the last two days so haven't had time to run. Me, willks, and two other bridal party members went for a run this morning. Went really slow since a few aren't in good shape. We stopped and would do abs and pushups and various "lifting" excercises every few minutes. Was fun.
