This seems kind of wrong, but I measured the route and I guess it must be right. I'm not going to have a lot of mileage this week, so I'm gonna crank the runs I do, so I wanted to do an AT run, and I went hard for the first 4.5 miles or so, then backed off a little, and cruised in. I was tired, but not really dying. I figured I'd be at about 6:20 pace for the whole run, but I guess I was going faster than that. Maybe I'm kind of getting in shape already...
