Nice and cool out...was going to run on the track but there was a football game going on, so I ran from the track to the trailhead and then down to the parking lot off of Monarch and back. 14:52 for the first half, 12:22 2nd half, I was moving pretty fast on the way back down, surely sub 7's. Purely a guess on the distance. Thinking about the trail Half Marathon race on Nov. 13.
