Didn't really know what to expect, wanted to break 21:00, so that was an accomplishment. Wanted to run first mile around 6:40, but wasn't really sure what pace I was running...ended up at 6:17...felt good, but too fast, paid for it later. 2 mile split was 12:55, so mile 2 was 6:38, 3 mile split was 19:39, so mile 3 was 6:44. Was pooped, but all in all I'm happy with the result. Now time to try the new training program, this is my benchmark time to use.
