A nice recovery run after Sunday's disaster. I was tight at first, but loosened up pretty quickly (although I remained tighter than usual the whole time....some guy said "a few months of that and you'll be really skinny" at me while I was standing at H&H waiting for the light to change. I gave him a death stare and he shut up.
