I didn't feel like it took that much effort to do this pace workout. It's weird...I can go so much faster if I just adjust my frame of mind.I just kept telling myself "this is a race pace workout" before and during my run. It's weird how much mental energy it is...it's less physical than I suspected. I think that my being so sleepy makes it easier to adjust myself (though I was worried that I'd go slower because of that). Anyway, I'm proud of my pace.
