Notes
this was a tough one. it was HOT and I just kept drinking fluids (over and over again). I made it though (although my pace was subpar), and my muscles were tired from minute 1. I told myself I could go as slowly as I needed and I was honestly fearful I was going to surpass a 12 minute pace, but I didn't! And I made it through my 10 miler. Next week is a step back to 9 miles and then...11, 12, and 13.1!! Hopefully this week off will be just what the doctor ordered
