Notes
Quality low because:
1. I really didn't want to run
2. I ate too much brunch
3. I was super cold and uncomfy at the beginning
4. The rain made my shorts stick to my legs and slide up
5. I almost got run over by a car making a turn
6. I ran into one of those fire hose things that stick out of the facades of buildings and it ripped my shirt and caused me to get all adrenaline-y, and after I saw I was okay I just kept running until I needed to stop about 1/8 mile later to compose myself
Effort high because:
1. I really didn't want to run

3. I was all adrenaline-y and it made me dizzy, and after I saw I was okay after running into that fire hose thing I just kept running until I needed to stop about 1/8 mile later to compose myself
And thus ends my 10 day streak. I really need tomorrow to relax.
I'm impressed with my pace though.
