Notes

I had Hugo's nachos before I went on this run. That's not a good idea even 3 hours prior to running. I was dehydrated and felt sick. I also forgot my water bottle at home so I had to stop midway through, at the park, to refuel. And then, at the water fountain, I couldn't drink enough. I kept gulping water, but my throat was soooo dry. I drank too much and then got cramps and slowed down...hence my super slow overall time. My split going to the park was 13:41 (an 11:48 pace for the first 1.16 miles)...that's a 40 second per mile total increase after the fact (oy, I must have been DRAGGING).

Good news is I don't have any cravings for fast food anymore. And this run time will get much better (hopefully) as I continue to train.

Also, the sun was out but not hot...just pretty and about to set
