That was soooo hard. It was hot outside and i was overdressed and just sluggish the whole time. My time was good though...almost 7 and a quarter miles. I was just sluggish the whole time. My legs were tired and that bottle pack wasn't doing me any favors.
Kind of a shitty run, except I finished.
