Week 2 Day 3
first speedwork day. Average hr was only 146, but it sure felt harder than that!
2 - 1 mile fast jogs with 1/2 mile slow jog after. 1 mile warm and 1 mile cool.
First run with Mr Garmin. Pretty neat so far. I like to see how far I have gone and I love when it tells me it's time to start my fart. ha!
