Lap 1 = 10:45 (warm)
Lap 2 = 9:37 tempo
Lap 3 = 9:39 tempo
Lap 4 = 9:55 tempo
Lap 5 = 10:52 (cool)
Had Jason again to keep me going. Lap 4 was pretty hard but kept it under 10mm. There is a pretty big hill that kicks my but during lap 3. It just zaps everything out of me and it's really short too! Damn!
I tried to stop and walk during the cool, but J wouldn't let me. He grabbed my hand and pulled me along. :)
