Notes

Started out at really easy 12 min pace. Took it to 10mm and it started feeling a bit hard. Decided to do a few strides. Sped up to 7:30mm for almost 1/4 mile and slowed back to 10mm for recovery. Did that one more time after hr drop. 10mm felt pretty easy after that. I think this might be a good way to ramp up the pace a bit. I'll do this on the tm once a week.
