Picked a new route, way too hilly! Started out good, but couldn't keep the pace up. Pace was not a tempo but the effort was. Went home and ran a bit on the TM.
Today is supposed to be a 6 miler day. Will run the rest this evening. I'm just not feeling the love right now. Blaahahhh!
