Notes

Felt really really good the first 8 miles. Filled up water at mile 9 and from 9-11 had pretty bad side cramp. Need to learn how to regulate water intake. I get really thirsty and drink too much too fast. Did 13.1 in 2 hours 24 mins. Pretty sure I can beat my goal of 2:15 at the race if I can keep the side cramps at bay.

Weather was PERFECT! Had a bit of a headwind at certain points. It was cool in the 50's and sunny!!
