Felt miserable. I couldn't tell what pace I was running at when I started, thought I was running 10 minute paces, but it turned out I started in the 8:30 mi range. Which is too fast. Otherwise, it took me a lot longer to get my legs back than it did after the intervals on Thursday. I think my stomach may have been a little more full than I should have when I started running. But aside from the legs feeling dead, I felt good otherwise and my heart rate was steady in the low 150s.
