today was weird because my leg felt better than usual walking around. usually i'm aware of it being tight or a little sore, but today it felt normal. the weird part was that the running was worse than usual - i started feeling it like 4 minutes into the run. i think it might be because i've been slacking a little on my physical therapy. yesterday i rolled, stretched and strengthened. i got a heating pad from my aunt and uncle for graduation :) so i am officially my very own training room. next time i run i'm going to make sure to heat and stretch before i go. the good news is that my leg very rarely hurts afterwards the way it did a month ago. even if i push it a little on a run, i don't feel any major repercussions later.
