4x1000 @ 4:20 (w/ Maggie & Julia) I chickened out a little. Abby did 3x800 around 3:00, and I'm not sure I can do that, especially after 2 75 minute runs in 3 days (although, actually I feel okay so far, keep your fingers crossed)
