on the treadmill. ELEVEN MINUTES. that's 3 more minutes than saturday. i stopped right before it was going to start hurting and finished on the elliptical. i stretched and rolled before and after. planning on swimming tomorrow and running again on friday. also going to get new shoes.
3x10 pushups last night. when i get home to CT my dad has free weights so i'll be able to do more stuff. i think i'm going to try to lift 3 days a week.
