Notes

40 lengths alternating every 4 b/w crawl and breaststroke. they don't have any floaty things at this gym (or a foam roller - LAME) so all the crawl was the real thing. also, there was a class going on and this woman REFUSED to move out of the ONE LANE that was open into the rest of the pool. it was ridiculous.

stretched before the swim, rolled tonight before bed.

counted dragging my 90lbs. of bags all over chicago yesterday as "strength training" one might also call it an exercise in patience and maintaining one's calm.
