Ran outside because it was light and relatively warm. Did the east/west route through the north subdivisions which is a hilly route. Purposely took it easy and ran an 8:15 pace; not bad. I'm watching what I eat closely, but my weight is holding steady. I've been weightlifting more and more lately and I think I may have to cut back to lose pounds.
