Hills Speed Repeats 10 Seconds X 5 - ran the hill speed repeats in the new subdivision today and thought I would die. After running about 1 1/2 miles I did the repeats and then ran up more hills to get back home. I actually had a hard time catching my breath, partly because it was only about 29 with a strong wind. Thighs are feeling tired.
