Swam my first workout since Nationals and it went well. I was a little out of shape, but it was much better than I had expected. I did a 500 warm up, 4x150 free pull, 100 easy, 6x50 kick, 100 easy, 5x100 (alt IM and back), and a cool down to bring my to 2300. I then aquajogged a 200 to get me to 2500 for the day.
