Tempo workout this afternoon - figured it was time to start re-introducing these things a bit after I took last week mostly "average". These were the longest pieces I've done this year, and the paces were solid, if not the "amazing" I was (for some reason and probably unrealistically) expecting for myself. Averaged about 5:47 and then 5:35 for the two long ones, worked decently hard throughout but nothing beyond a strong tempo/threshold. Likely need to give myself some space to get the legs moving quicker again for the first time in a while, especially as I keep upping the duration.
Elliptical after to extend the cardio work a bit.
