I went out for a tempo this morning, and chose to do the relatively flat course of going form home to the Girl Scout camp, and then turning around to go down Douglas to 120 and back up to Marcourt and home. It felt good and though there were short parts when I felt pretty tired I was abel to keep pushing and I think I maintained a pretty good pace.
