Notes
We did a workout today of 3x1000m at date 5K pace (I did 5:00 pace, which was 3:07/3:08 for the 1K), and then 2x800m at date 3K pace (I ran a 2:22, which is about 9:28 for 3200m). It felt surprisingly good, especially for only my second workout back, and I was really pleased with it. The pace wasn't awful, and I could maintain it comfortably.
