Did 2x2000 at F-Pace (65 VDOT=32/400m), an 800m at R-Pace (65 VDOT=70/400m), followed by 400m, 300m, and 2x200m all at F-Pace. This was a super fast workout all in the pouring rain, but it went really well and I actually made all the times despite the rain!
