Notes
Went for a run with Emma and it went well. I did an Arboretum because it's largely flat and not too long, and we kept an okay pace. It was very humid which slowed us down, but we made do and finished feeling pretty good. Rolled the hip afterwards and two or three times later in the day which felt good.
