I took a shorter recovery day today (in part because my foot is still bothering me a pretty fair amount), and I got to try out a D-Lo Special for my first time. It was a lot of fun running on the railroad tracks and crossing the river (though it was frigid!) and the trail in Ho-Fo was really nice. All in all a good and fun run, but I need to figure out my foot.
