Motta Loop

Notes

Did a steady state today, and it went really well. I did the long Motta loop again, doing about 3.85 mi of quality after a warmup, which I did in 22 min flat (averaging about 5:44). I could tell it was a solid pace, I was definitely pushing it a little bit, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the pace. I didn't expect to be doing quite so well already! That was really good to see. Followed it with 3x20sec strides along the lake on the way back, and then cooled down the rest of the way home.
