Notes

Did another double today, heading over to the pool after dinner. I did a fairly long practice of 300 swim, 200 pull, 100 kick for warm up. Then 8x100 alt free/choice on 1:30, 6x100 kick on 2:15, 4x150 IM (leaving out one stroke each time, IM order) on 2:30, 3x200 choice on 3:30, and then 10x50 alt sprint free/easy back on :50/1:00 followed by a 500 easy cool down. The pool was still in long course meters which really worked the arms and they were feeling tired by the end, but it was a solid workout and I was happy with the times I swam. Afterwards now I can feel the legs are really tired after two days of tough doubles, but I'm feeling good.
