9x [1 min hard uphill, jog back down recovery]
Got back to this hill work I was doing over the summer, and it went pretty well. Didn't feel quite as fresh while warming up as I did much of last week, but did okay once I got going. Paces were okay compared to last time I did this. I felt especially strong on the last 2-3 reps, when I really focused on form and looking up and ahead. I ended up working harder, but moved quite a lot faster than I had the rest of the workout.
