Notes

I took a day off my legs today in the pool, and I worked fairly hard. I did 500 continuous warm up, 3x150 pull, 10x50 kick, and then 400 continuous swim plus a 100 cool down. The two "sets" in the middle were done pretty hard, and the other two pieces were comfortable but not slow. I could feel myself working, but it felt good.
