We were on our own today so I went out for a Blair short. Today was meant to be an easy recovery day but I focused on cadence and staying smooth with good stride length and I ended up going faster than I had expected.. It didn't feel especially hard or fast, I just felt smooth and strong which was great. Admittedly, the run was only actually about 5.4 mi but the pace is still fairly accurate.
I followed the run with a 30 min bike that I kept pretty solid, and then went down to the weight room for today's lift.
