Aimed to take a slightly lighter day today, just running this evening. Did a solid 7 miles at a comfortable, relaxed pace - though in this heat, even that started to wear a bit by the end. Nice to see that even in FL though, I'm getting comfortable doing "real" runs like this. Exciting stuff.
