My legs were pretty beat up after trying to dive right back into things this week. I tried to take it slow and easy, but even at this pace, my legs were a bit sore and apparently my HR was pretty high (though it didn't feel that bad). Will get some time off this week though while traveling for work - but hoping to do some running in Seattle so as not to lose the whole week!
