I set out today to do 8ish miles, and felt great. Decided to take the long way back home and made it 9. Then got here and wanted to finish off the year with a double-digit run, so I tacked on one more to make it 10 miles. Everything felt great, with no pain in the knee or hip (hip had some minor twinges, but nothing persistent). It was awesome to feel so good and round out the year with a run that really emphasizes my return to healthy training.
