Notes

We did about 30 minutes of yoga before heading to the pool today, and it felt good to stretch out really well. At pool we did a 400 warm up and then did 3 relays where each leg swam a 50 (and the sprinting was tough!). After that we did about 15 minutes of aqua running and then were done. It was an easy day but it was relaxing and all felt good.
