Average run at average intensity, though letting the pace increase slightly during some of the middle miles. Also decided on a whim to throw in a couple of strides at the end -- hopefully not adding too much too quickly these last two weeks, but thinking strides are a low-intensity way to start adding a little shot of speed 1-2x per week.

Did a 30 min strength circuit after the run, focusing on some weight work rather than more HIIT/cardio.

Overall a great week, and I'm feeling really strong and confident in how the training is going lately. Going into next week with that feeling of just being excited to keep working on this and see where it goes.
